・Booking must be made by 8pm the day prior to the scheduled appointment.

Please check the following if it applies to you. If any of the following applies to you, we cannot offer you a massage due to safety reasons. Thank you for your understanding.

  1. Currently pregnant
  2. Had a operation within the past 6 months
  3. Varix
  4. Have a hernia – your mass age will be limited
  5. Allergies (Aroma and Reflexology course)
  6. Consumed alcohol prior to arrival
  7. Currently seeing a physical or hospital for injury
  8. Have Osteoporosis
  9. Had a kink in your neck or back within the past 5 days (massage will be limited)
  10. Have a foot disease (ex. Trichophyton, Athlete’s Foot)

If you fail to mention any one of the above, the massage will be stopped upon discovery.

Cancellation policy
  • Cancelation must be made no later than 8pm, the day prior to appointment time without penalty.
  • Scheduled time of massage will be reduced for late arrivals.
  • There is a 10 minute grace period for appointment times without notice. After 10 minutes, massage will be canceled and NO refund will be given.

Once you receive the confirmation of your booking, you must make payment within 3 hours or booking will not be scheduled.
